This app has daily meditations inspired by ancient Stoicism. Each exercise is based on one chapter from the Stoic philosopher Epictetus’s Enchiridion. Choose a particular focus, whether that be a negative emotion to work on or a positive trait. Get notified up to 5x a day on any particular meditation at the times you choose.
